   • Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM
   • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
   • Guests can contact the villa directly for such requests.
4. Couple-Friendly Property:
   • Unmarried/Unrelated couples are welcome.
   • Local IDs can be presented as proof of identification.
   • The final right of admission/check-in remains reserved with the villa management.
   • Refund can be denied in case of misconduct observed by the villa management.
5. Sanitation Measures:
   • Hand sanitizers are available in the rooms.
6. Tariff and Additional Charges:
   • Room tariff includes all taxes.
   • Optional services and facilities (e.g., room service, snacks, telephone calls) will be charged at check-out.
7. Cancellation and Modification:
   • Customers must pay applicable cancellation/modification charges for updates.
   • Modified bookings are subject to availability and the revised booking policy of the villa.
   • Cancellation/modification charges are standard, and waivers are at the villa’s discretion.
   • E-coupon discounts on the original booking are forfeited in case of cancellation or modification.
